Sr. Marketing Manager/Marketing Director

SUMMARY / SCOPE OF POSITION

Tilera Corporation is seeking an experienced and high-energy Marketing professional to develop and grow our business in the video and digital multimedia markets. The candidate must have experience in digital multimedia markets such as video conferencing, video surveilance, digital broadcast video systems, etc.. Experience with marketing semiconductors and/or embedded board-level products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities will include product definition, inbound and outbound marketing, product management, competitive analysis, and partner/ecosystem development. This is a key leadership position within the company and the individual will drive Tilera's success in the video and multimedia market segment.

• A strong track record as a senior marketing manager or director, with experience marketing products into the OEM space.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, proactive leadership and the ability to cultivate strong customer relationships.
• An effective team player who can work with other team members, including sales, engineering, and executive management to drive the business.
• 10-15 years in the semiconductor industry and 5-10 years marketing experience with promoting and marketing DSP, FPGA, and/or embedded processors is required.

BSEE or equivalent required. MSEE preferred. MBA a plus.

Moderate travel will be required.
